    Children aged 6 and older are not legally required to use a child restraint. However, because standard seat belts are generally designed for passengers at least 150 cm tall, we recommend using a junior seat for children under 150 cm tall.

    Obligation to use child seats

    Children under 6 years old are legally required to use an appropriate child restraint.Under Article 71-3, Paragraph 3 of the Road Traffic Act, this requirement also applies to rental vehicles. Failure to comply will result in one penalty point for the driver. Please select an appropriate baby seat or child seat above for each child aged 0–5 traveling with you.

    *Legal exemptions may apply when a child restraint cannot be used appropriately due to necessary nursing care, injury, disability, or the structure of the seat. However, if another seat can accommodate a child restraint, it must be used.

    Japanese nationals must hold a valid Japanese driver's license. Non-Japanese nationals generally require an international driving permit issued under the Geneva Convention.

    For Customers Using a Foreign Driver's License
    If you hold a driver's license issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, or Taiwan, you may be able to drive in Japan by carrying your original driver's license, an official Japanese translation, and your passport.

    The Japanese translation must be issued by the JAF (Japan Automobile Federation), the relevant country's embassy or consulate in Japan, or another designated body. For Taiwanese licenses, the translation must be issued by the Taiwan-Japan Relations Association or the JAF. International Driving Permits issued in Taiwan cannot be used in Japan.

    Enrollment in the additional coverage is optional.
    The coverage fee is capped at 15 days (JPY 99,000 including tax), and payment for 15 days provides coverage for the entire rental period.
    If the rental period exceeds one month, the fee is capped at 15 days for each month.
    Coverage may only be added when the rental agreement is signed. It cannot be added or canceled afterward.

    Even if you enroll, coverage does not apply to accidents while reversing, accidents caused by entering areas with roofs or overhangs, rear-end collisions, single-vehicle accidents, cases where our company was not contacted from the accident scene, or similar circumstances.

    Discounts apply to the base rental fee only. Long-term discounts are applied according to the number of nights: 10% off for 5 nights or more, 15% off for 10 nights or more, 20% off for 15 nights or more, and 30% off for 20 nights or more.

    The Long-Term Discount and Local Resident Discount cannot be combined. Only the discount with the higher rate will be applied.

    Options Discounts

    Optional items are charged for a maximum of 5 days; from the 6th day onward, you may continue using them at no additional charge (the 5-day fee covers the entire rental period).

    After submitting the form, you will receive an automated “Quotation in Progress” email at your registered email address, along with links to our official LINE account and WhatsApp.


    Please send the requested rental date and the name of the person making the reservation, as shown in the email, to our official LINE account or WhatsApp.

    Within three business days of receiving your message, our staff will review availability and the details of your request. We will then contact you via our official LINE account with the final quotation, payment deadline, and payment instructions.

    Your reservation will be confirmed once payment by credit card or bank transfer has been received.

    Your information will be securely sent to and stored in Google Sheets for the purpose of processing your form submission.
